You should check to see if IPoAC is available down there; might be faster than what you have

and no choice of provider? I don't get a choice and if the other 5 houses are using the internet just as well switch it off.

Anyway, i'm surplus to requirements in PNB and finish next week so if you still wanted a digger and driver for a few days pond digging i'm available.

I can get ISOs from MSDN if needed. I'm just up the road a bit near Crediton
We're lucky to get electricity down here let alone that new fangled interwebs. I can't even get mains gas

Sooooooo,

I've successfully downloaded the ISO using the link. Buuuut the windows USB bootmaker doesn't recognise it so I cant make a bootable USB from it.

So back to needing an ISO for Win 7 X64 N.

Can you help Scott?

Well those ISOs definitely work Mike (using the Windows ISO Downloader); they're the original ISOs from Microsoft.

So, either they're getting corrupted or something's going wrong when you're making the bootable USB drive. Did you try the Rufus program I mentioned?

If it might be flaky downloads caused by a slow connection, download JDownloader to manage the download. You run it then copy the link for the file you want to download and it will be able to recognise any errors as you go
