Check the fuel pressure.

Maybe it is time to take it back to whoever did mapping and ask what they think. I am sure they can switch back to original map and then back to economical again to confirm or rule out mapping issue for free or a small fee and modify map if required. They might even point out the fault while doing it.

cant get hold of the person who mapped the car so does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do? ive contacted audi and they wont flash my ecu back to standard map

right ive put original map back on and the light stayed off for 400miles and its come on again! any suggestions before i take it to audi to fix and rip me off???
