Need to work out how to tweak mine, it only picks up large vehicles and will sometimes trip off after a period of following behind a lorry in roadworks with an ACC BLOCKED! error.

Now you have a screen shot of yours and it's clearly out of spec I would tweak the vertical adjustment screw say 1/4 turn clockwise and then do the basic settings, make a note of the adjustment and drive for a while to see what figure changed by the adjustment carried out.

Good luck mate

Your welcome Ian, now that I have finished rebuilding the house I have time for little projects like this when I'm not offshore.

I wonder if the demand for ACC parts will go up after the write up, I'll be more then happy to receive commission on each radar sold in the form of a beer at the next meet

Del, I've removed the grill and have access to the adjustment screws on the radar.

There are three adjustment screws, two on the upper part and a single one in the bottom right. Which one of these three should I be tweaking?

Thanks for that, I've tweaked the bottom right and been out for a drive after redoing the basic settings. All angles are still showing zero, and ACC is unavailable so it must still be learning.

Did you switch it off prior to departing for a drive, I forgot to do this once and it said unavailable until I turned it it off and went for the next drive.

Also from reading your symptoms I'm wondering if the -2.7 means the beam is pointing up at the sky, could explain why it only see trucks.

I think a clockwise turn of the lower screw should bring it down

Thanks Matt for the diagram, where dd you get it from?
