Question Anyone successfully dyed their steering wheel?

Mine is looking decidedly horrid.

I know there are some good companies out there, but wondering if there is any practical experience here?

Ta,
Zip

I've not done the steering wheel, but I have done the handbrake with Woolies products. Changed it from boring standard grey to the same sandy colour as the seats.
Did think about doing the steering wheel too, but never got round to it. Not least because when I had a go on a larger area that needed "refreshing" (drivers seat bolsters) it didn't go well - probably my technique.....

2016 Volvo V40 T5 Cross Country (4WD) with ALL the toys including adaptive cruise etc. etc. Osmium Grey with Blonde/Charcoal leather interior. Polestar performance "optimisation". (A much rarer model than a D2 S8 by the way!) Oh, and a brand new engine at just under 30,000 miles on the factory one!
Finally: gone, but not forgotten.....
1998 D2 PF S8. AgateGrey/Platinum. Every option (I think) except electric rear seats, tiptronic steering wheel, ski hatch, towbar & dimming door mirrors.
e.g. Cruise control, NavPlus/TV, Bose, GSM, Xenons, Solar roof, Parking sensors, Alcantara/leather everywhere of course. (internal dimming mirror added later)
1998 (very early) Ford Focus 1.8 Zetec; ABS/TCS, Heated screen/mirrors, Aircon, Auto-dim mirror, Leather, Trip computer, Cruise control, OEM Ford SatNav with CD changer.
And before that a lot of Rover 800s, a few oddities, a lovely Triumph Dolomite 1850HL with Overdrive and way back in my schooldays an Austin Seven aka Mini 850!

Haven't dyed mine but I was looking for a good leather cleaner as it was very shiny. I saw a thread somewhere that 'Doctor Leather' is one of the best cleaners. I bought the solution rather than the wipes and it is brilliant. A few wipes with it on a microfibre cloth and it cleaned up brilliantly. No more shiny steering wheel, it now looks as it should. Next job will be to do the seats.

For cleaning grab the DrLeather wipes and ensure you’ve got a decent, clean microfibre
For redying then I’d recommend Colourlock products every day of the week. Used their stuff on my S5, A8, A3 and TT.... awesome results and good tutorials on their website....
