My undertray fell down like yours 2 fays after a gearbox service. Its bloody annoying, i understand how sinetimes the fixings break but at least use some cable ties and warn the customer.

After a bit of discussion they did buy me a new undertray fir around £300.

Haha I've been there as well, had the 8 for just over a month, on the day of my Grandma's funeral I mounted a 1930s curb which was about 6" high at that point not fully used to driving the 8 taking off the grill surround, popping the side of the undertray and scratching the under side still needs fixed

did this two months ago on the A4, exactly that, had the whole front replaced under insurance, nightmare, I feel for you
