After flap delete remap

I have removed the inlet manifold flaps on my s8 and am now looking for a tuner that can remap the engine to accomodate the missing flaps so that I get the lost power back.

I have contacted a few tuners in the south west and also MRC but so far no one has been able to help and I have been told to just replace the manifold.

Can someone else that has done this shed some light on who they used and what exsactly the tuner did. I.e. A full live map or just a decode of the flaps actuator.
