Default Clean with Fresh Wheels!

Just had the wheels & wheel caps powder coated at a rather decent price of £180 for the set. Unfortunately, a wheel needed a weld repair so this added another £40 on top. So whilst she is looking her best, I thought I'd snap a few pics in a local car park and share them for those that like a rare red D2

Still my favourite colour combo. Anyone know of an S8 D2 being sold in that colour?
Nope. Thought not.
Tap me on the shoulder if you do.

Rolls-Royce Derby Moor Lane car park? Nice job, did you use someone local to Derby for the powder coating?

You see, that's the great thing about this forum, we can all have different opinions personally I think the illegally spaced plate spoils the otherwise lovely car, and lets face it, these are classics and in that red its stunning.

However as said above that is a great price for the wheels and I too love the nice touch with the mats

Regardless of spacing, it's a good plate if your name is Tony, mine isn't and the plate isn't for me, but I can see it's appeal to others. Personally I don't care for plates at all, although mine came with a (legally) spaced plate anyway.

As with all things, if it makes you (the owner) happy then kudos to you, enjoy

Gorgeous

I'm not the big fan of this sort of spacing as it only attracts attention from the coppers and there is a lot of them in my parts, but I do like (and what I did on my new plate) double space between V10 and three letters of my name, that's as far as I will go.

Once again, lovely car mate and they do look nice in red.
