New car
I’ve know this car since the owner got it 15 years ago he’s had it since it was 7 weeks old, so maybe some pre registering tax avoidance. Maintained almost regardless of cost going back to Audi for almost everything, including a recent new gearbox, windscreen, and Pirelli p zeros. This car is the reason I got mine! seeing it drive around my village. With 197k it’s been, used but drives perfectly and the kickdown button was turned off. The owner came an found me and asked me if I was interested as he’s getting a new car. So I now have a spare car for Sunday’s

If one is good then two must be better
 Sounds like it's been well cared for. A brand new gearbox or a recon? First thing I'd do at that mileage is check the cam chain pads - they're probably almost worn through.

Apparently it was a brand new gearbox but I’ve not seen the from Audi yet I’ll try and get it from him. When I had a conversation about it about 12months ago he did mention a £8000 bill from Audi. Yes cheers the cam chain and belt are on my list Michaela
