If you have AMI, then you can get the A2DP adapter for it and away you go, you'll have a connection to the BT car kit and one to the AMI.

Let's hope some figures out some kind of retrofit to use the standard Bluetooth like in the new Audi's.

If the TV Tuner has AUX in, you could use a Blackberry Bluetooth Stereo Gateway. they are ~£20 on eBay. and I am using one in my A8 2GMMI with iPhone.
I select AUX1 on MMI and then it plays whatever the paired phone is playing such as locally-stored mp3, Spotify or internet radio.
