Unhappy WTD: Facelift front bumper/lower section

Hi,
I've caught and split the lower black section of my front bumper on a high kerb (gutted) so am on the lookout for another. Any leads greatly appreciated!

Hi and welcome - have you tried A8 parts, our forum sponsors? Their details are at the top of the page and they generally have bumper parts in stock

Hi
Thanks for the reply. I've not tried yet, no, I will give them a call today. Über gutted about this as it took ages to find the un-molested, low mileage and well spec'd model I have!!

I did this not once, but twice, many years ago! Specialist bodyshop "welded" the plastic together the first time and it was a lot cheaper than buying another. The S8 is along, large, low slungcar and driving into parking spaces face forward was always the problem as the underside caught and ripped on the reverse out!

Second time it was replaced with a brand new one.........can't remember how much it cost, but it wasn't cheap! Touch wood, not done that for several years now!

Exactly what I did (albeit just the once! ). Had it thought of that - I'd give it a oh but it's snapped off the foglight mount too which has gone AWOL so guess a new lower section is the way forward. Grrrr!
