Default 20" wheels straightening

Hi everyone
Today I bring my car to Elite garage to do wheel alignment and balancing.
After some while guy called me to show that front wheel quite bend on inside
Don't know yet in what condition rest of the wheels, still waiting news.
Its a shame because I like my 20" RH wheels.
My question is, maybe someone done wheel straightening or know is a point to do it or its not worth?

Thanks for any opinion

I've had bent alloy wheels straightened very effectively, it involved cutting and welding in the worst cases.
Many wheel refurbishment places will fix minor buckles, major damage needs a specialist.

I'm West of London, so maybe not relevant, but BJV in Flaunden have fixed minor damage for me (as part of a full refurbish/repaint) and Alloy Weldcraft in High Wycombe more serious damage.

And before that a lot of Rover 800s, a few oddities, a lovely Triumph Dolomite 1850HL with Overdrive and way back in my schooldays an Austin Seven aka Mini 850!

I've had some refurbished with a straighten at the same time. You can't avoid it when you've got 30 or 35 profile tyres as there's not enough there to provide any shock absorption if you hit a pothole.

Place near me in Crawley does it - they basically have to heat the wheel and apply pressure to get it back where it should be, then refurb after as the heating will damage the finish.

The 20s on my wife's S5 had 3 out of 4 needing straightening to some degree....

Straightening has always been included when I've had mine refurbed, at £60 per wheel. Had to have one welded recently though (which I now use as my spare) and that cost an extra £50 I think.
