I am not sure what you are discussing here. In the passenger foot well?
If that is on the floor, could it be the foam under the mattress
Anyway, some measurements looks to be in the neighbourhood of mine. If so, this is how it looks on my car. Left wheel drive, of course. Apology if you mean something else

Its the piece of wood over the relay box in the passenger footwell

I didn't manage to speak to anyone about laser cutting. It was a rather hectic week. I'll try next week.

Ah, I got it

I took mine out and measured it, photo from the backside. Should be correct perspective for the right hand drive
With specific measures between bolt holes, center/center

The LHD piece is a very different shape to the RHD one - ours is almost square. That pic is very handy though in case I start laser cutting them as I can make LHD versions too

Thanks for the effort Regulus!

All I can do now is wait for Mikki to come up with a better than original (as always) designed replacement cover haha

Hi Ronin, I had the same issue a while back. The whole board was a soggy mess owing to multiple leaks. No real template to start from so I made my own. I have a full set of dimensions if you are interested.

I still have it in CAD format as well.

Hi Ronin,

Hopefully they are attached (still trying to get used to the forum). Priniting the A4 or A3 at actual size should guide you.

These are the dimensions that worked for me.
