Just got mine. Is there any chance of the menu knobs going on sale too?

Once the rush for the grommets dies down I am going to look at ways to get a better surface finish on the menu knobs as there hasn't been much interest in them.

Have you considered just dipping them in Plast-Dip to give them a nice rubberised feel?

They don't sell for enough to make it worth adding an extra process - I make a loss on every one already.

Ive got one more process to try out of interest but if that doesn't work then I will probably not bother with them.

I was thinking you could literally just dip them, like this ..

Should only take seconds to dip them and the amount of paint needed for each knob would be pennies.

But I have to buy the paint, set up an area in which to work, contrive a solution to dip something tiny in to the paint without covering myself in it, wait for it to dry, and hope it worked without destroying the resolution of the printed part (which it probably will because its quite gloopy). Thats before I even commit to producing them like that if it works. Its just not worth it I'm afraid.
