B&O tweeter

Not used the car for a couple of weeks, on start up i noticed the tweeters did not pop up. I restarted the engine and only the passenger tweeter popped up. Have done a few stop start journeys and the drivers side tweeter has not popped up. Is there anyway to check ie with vagcom? anyone with any experience of this?

I'd try wibbeling the plate at the top of the tweeter about, perhaps its a bit stuck.
Also have you turned off the system by holding the on/off/volume knob down for a second or so, and then back on by giving said knob a quick jab

Thanks for advice tonup. Have tried turning the system on and off a few times but to no avail. Can't feel/hear anything when turning system on/off. Anyone know how to take the tweeter out? does the top black cover plate prise off?

Stumped as it was working perfectly a couple of weeks back.

Chewy, did you get to the bottom of this?

I've just had an issue where I've got no sound coming out of my system and the tweeters didn't pop up

I am also having problems with my B&O system. I did look through the technical PDF on the system which did show that if a tweeter was unable to raise, it would reset itself and raise when the obstruction is cleared and the system restarted.

Mine has problems with Bass with rattling speakers. I may try to beg Audi to consider that as the car was sent to reviewers that the system was used and abused which has shortened the life of it.

None of my other B&O equipment has died this early in its life, so I am quite disappointed in its longevity in my car.
