Default mij exausts

just had a quote of £220 for a fitted sports cat on my s8 ,and £640 for duel exit cat back system from mij in walsall just wondered if anybody on here had used them before and what kind of job they did and quality ofproduct cheers nick

Had 3 done by them now. Go to them as they make the boxs, and not pre built of the shelf like Longlife or Miltex. So u can get the boxs packed to get the sound note you want.(well closer)
If you get Immy (spelling poss wrong) he cant help you enough.

MIJ has a good rep and has done quite a few 8s from here and Tyresmoke.

1997 S8 - Ming Blue. Loaned out and written off. I loved that car. My first engine swap after cambelt failure.
1996 4.2 A8SQ - Ming Blue. 178k on a cambelt! Trader's 8. Delivered to A8Parts at Lifex.
2003 2.8 A8SQ - powder blueish. Fill in for a while. Sold on.
1998 1.8T A4 Avant FWD. Ming Blue (there's a theme here), PEX for the 97 S8.
And a list of non VAG going back 40 years before I saw the light.

Singh and I used MIJ and they only charged 350 quid for quad pipes, cat back with silencers. Mine sounds great with the mid-sport option. The sound gets better with age too.
Sounds like they're trying to up their prices - keep at them - they'll drop their pants at the mention of this forum!

What year is your S8? They said they didn't have a cat for my 2002 S8 and I can't find anyone but the stealer who can supply one because of regulations for post 2001 cars
