Member motors
I saw a similar thread on another forum a few years ago and it was always interesting to see some of the stats put up, so I thought I would start a thread here to see what gets put up for our 8's.....or any other car if you don't drive an 8 currently. I've had to tailor it for us slightly as I'm assuming many will have an A8/S8.
I'll start.... Model and year: D2 S8 2002 Previous owners: 4 Mileage when acquired: 129k Current mileage: 132k Length of ownership: 8 months Interesting features: none - standard S8 Previous car: D2 S8 2002 (written off) Hope to see some interesting posts. Always love seeing extreme mileage and owners both high and low.

I like that mileage Sir Will
 How did you find it "taking a step backwards" from A D3? I've never been inside or driven one but often think about a 4.2 petrol sport as a good car to move on to in the future.

The D3 was a great car and had much better Sat Nav/ Stereo etc but it felt detached to drive compared to the D2.
Not much in it performance wise but felt a bigger car also. I personally much prefer the D2 it feels a more special car to drive and in my mind a better looking car. Last edited by Sir WIll; 21st January 2017 at 02:37 PM.
