God yes thats weird, mind you my experience of Fiat Dealers (mostly Arnie up here) is that they still have the same customer ethos as back then I think?

how many tyres did you get through? my standard 147 bhp used to only do about 9k on a front set, that may be more to do with my lead right foot though!!

One I almost bought a couple of years back - this very car.

http://www.torquestats.com/modified/index.php?car_id=70

Timing was wrong as I had to get rid of the Cerbera first

Over 600 BHP on 102 (now defunct) octane

Vid of it's brother doing the 1/4 mile with 500 BHP

I'm lucky enough to still have both my '97 (Scots Green) 20v Turbo, as well as my Black 03 FE D2 S8 - totally different drives, but both make me grin..

Yeah, I'm lucky, and have a very understanding missus.

Tho' she's getting increasingly p**sed off at driving round a bashed up Fiat Panda...

Lucky man Tintin, both very nice cars, with hindsight I wish I had gone for the Turbo on my Coupe but at that time I was Mr Sensible with a 3 year old and a huge mortgage so had to compromise, did the same when I bought a Rover SD1 years ago, went for the 2.6 and always wished I had gone for the V8, however now older and dafter didnt compromise on the Audi, just had to have the S8.

cheers
