Right, all checked with the hotel. We have 21 rooms booked and at least 35 attendees to date. There are 5 now double rooms still available and they will keep these for us until further notice.
Everyone on the list above is confirmed with the hotel (one booking is for 2 rooms - just in case you were wondering why there are only 20 names!).
