A8 4E Differential fluid change

Has anyone changed the fluid their front and rear diffs and final drive?

I purchased some Fuchs TITAN SINTOPOID SAE 75W-90 synthetic gear oil from Opie oils to do this, but have't found any how-tos. I have ELSA, but prefer the internet forum how tos.

Not sure, but I don't imagine the diffs should be too hard.

Diffs are normally drain out, and then refil out of the filling point.
