If it's the same floor plan inside as a V8 then I would expect it to; all these suppliers seem to use use the same patterns and fixings.

I bought my "summer" (colour-matched) mats from car_mats_uk (eBay seller) and winter (black) mats from cybersparesltd (eBay id).
The choice for me was down to colour and quality options, with some (small) price input.

1998 D2 PF S8. AgateGrey/Platinum. Every option (I think) except electric rear seats, tiptronic steering wheel, ski hatch, towbar & dimming door mirrors.
e.g. Cruise control, NavPlus/TV, Bose, GSM, Xenons, Solar roof, Parking sensors, Alcantara/leather everywhere of course. (internal dimming mirror added later)

And before that a lot of Rover 800s, a few oddities, a lovely Triumph Dolomite 1850HL with Overdrive and way back in my schooldays an Austin Seven aka Mini 850!

Should be fine... Interiors are identical on all the D3s (as he waits for Ian to correct him )

... actually, I dont know for sure.....

I cant see any reason why the interiors would differ, although they did slightly on the D2 Pre and post face, so its possible the W12 (being a really early facelift) might have a quirk.

Question for David@a8parts that one......

These are the ones I bought to replace my original Audi ones.
They are blacker than the original ones (which were a very dark charcoal)
But after after a couple of days I got used to them.
The fit is perfect, the quality is fine, though not up to the original premium Audi ones of course.

The shape of the mats is the same as far as I can tell from Pre-Face to Facelift, the only thing that changed is the colour codes and names which are different on the facelift models.
Certainly the front mats are interchangable between the W12 and and any other D3 as I swapped mine over with a better set from a donor car. As mine was LWB I couldnt swap the rears as we didnt have any LWB spares in at the time but from what I can tell there is no difference in the parts catalogues.
