Sorry about that you are right the answer was there i guess, i did not think as i always think of the car as i remembered it with the large profile tyres,

i found it really hard to get hold of a 50 profile for the 18 inch wheels thats why i gave up and got 45 on the 18 but i think the ride would be nice with a 50,

you will have to take me for a spin next time we meet
its quite rare having a 50 profile on an 18" wheel but it looks great and fills the arches out quite well

My 245/50 R18 tyres with huge rim protector now sell for 181 pounds per tyre. Very quiet hi-performance Continental tyres. I just don't get it why it is hard to find them
