If you don't mind importing the subframe, there are a few options.
Part number: 4D0 505 235AG, right?

Cheapest I found, €160:
https://www.ebay.de/itm/Audi-A8-D2-4...AAAOSw~JBfISGR

Audi Tradition €1485

A fair price might be €349 for:
https://www.ebay.de/c/1004862837

Excuse me, if you already tried the German market

The second one is quattro That's actually a bargain for one thats already been blasted and re-coated, especially if you're going to replace the bushes or fit poly.

I bought front subframe from prestige for 52 pounds shipped, paying 349 for a powdercoated one is a bit steep. I think I'll message some breakers online.

Rear in good condition are more rare as they rust more, front I guess is somewhat protected with small oil leaks from the engine.

This doesn't seem expensive to me. I bought one a couple of years ago from southern Italy, a reasonably rust free example. It cost me £150 landed in the UK. You add the cost of powder coating to that and, well I don't think its too bad anyhow.

Also figure in that the old bushes have already been removed. That is a real pain to do. Took me a full day to remove mine, and that was using Audi's official tools. I personally don't think its ethical to burn them out, not in a residential environment especially. Putting new ones in is much easier.

If I were you I'd buy it before someone else does and squirrels it away.
