Default Idle a little 'lumpy'

Guys

My 2002 D2 S8 is just a little lumpy on tick-over, but nothing shows on VagCom (CtL and A4 Audi) and the rev counter is steady. It just feels a teeny bit 'lumpy' or 'burbling' under my bum (I know the jokes are going to come) when sat at traffic lights.

Any ideas on what to look for? Or is this just a V8 burble? Or the optional massage seat perhaps?

I thought it was normal, both of mine have done it.

Mine goes away when I pop it in neutral usually though, so I just thought it was the gearbox dragging a litttle.

My 2001 S8 has always done this when idling and stationary. A gentle uneven rocking motion. I find it relaxing
Is it due to the uneven firing sequence of cylinders common to most V8'ts?
