I'm working on printing flexible materials. Once I've cracked it, the boot grommet is first on the list

I've only seen one D2 with a glass roof, and that was when Prestige took it to bits. I would have put it in mine, but the interior was platinum and mine is soul.

Wow nice finds Brian and RS6!
Two lovely D2s with low mileage.

Is there a link that describes solution to this problem?
Obviously, the grommet was part of original cabling harness for boot and it is no longer available. I winder if there's a quality fix to this problem.
On my 'written off' car that grommet was tip tip...

Does it have S mirrors or are those chrome caps?

This has been painted at some point:

Looks like the bumper has been filled and painted - is that the scuff he mentioned? Easy enough to get a mint rear bumper from Prestige and paint it properly.

The screen surround looks fairly normal.

Question to 'D2 gurus'

This car has self dimming internal rear new mirror:

But external mirrors are has got no black plastic surround on them:

On my car self dimming external mirror looks this way:

My theory is that is that mirror glasses were 'downgraded' to frameless, not self dimming, for some silly reason. Or internal mirror was changed to self dimming.

Otherwise the car is unmolested.

Can can come this way from factory?

I appreciate the cap where changed to chip plastic at some point of time.

Seller knows about D2s as much as I know about life on Moon.

>> Does it have S mirrors or are those chrome caps?

He told me he instructed garage to change to those plastic ****ty cups and forgot to take the original ones with him

>> this has been painted at some point:

Sh*t, really? 35000 miles car...
He told me he machine-polished car before putting it to sale and that crappy white stuff everywhere now.

>> Looks like the bumper has been filled and painted - is that the scuff he mentioned?

Yes this was mentioned. Dodgy unprofessional repair.
Bumpers are still available.

window surrounds are not miky
