Best tyres for S8?

Delboy let us know how you find them. I'm looking at super sports as well for the 19" rs6 wheels. Good to hear they have proper rim protector. I had PS3's previously which had good sized protector as well.

Has anyone any experience with Uniroyal Rainsport 3's, Vredestein Sessanta or Goodyear F1 Assymetric in this size?

I've got Vredestein Sessanta's (275/35/20) on my D2 wheels, I found them good value and they were very good in terms of performance during the few thousand miles I drove on them. I'll be trying them on the S8 soon when I get my wheels refurbished.

Ok, thanks. I currently have 19" Vorti's on my wheels and they have been great, not sure of the differences just.

I know this is a D3 thread, but I have Bridgestone Potenza RE050A's (Asymmetric) on my D2 S8 - 18's.
On my PF S8 I tried various tyres over the years and preferred Conti's slightly over the others, again 18's.

Not sure why but I normally prefer asymmetric over rotational.
