D2 air idle valve

Hi Guys,
Does anyone on here have or know where I can get a new air idle valve for a 1997 Pre facelift 4.2 QS. Mine is beginning to miss behave.
I have looked at our sponsors, but theirs appear expensive for a second hand unit.
The part nos are as follows.
Bosch 0280140538
Audi 078133455A
