Default Audi A6 Allroad 2.7 tdi 2009 - very high spec

For sale....
Is my wife's Audi Allroad.
When we were looking last year, we were originally looking at A6 Avants, which all seemed to be very high mileage and very highly priced!
I'd never considered an Allroad as they don't look as nice - especially with the big plastic wheel Arches. However, the colour coded Allroads DO look the part.....hence buying this one!
This is a 58 plate (2009) silver 2.7 tdi with MANY extras. It has 2 previous owners and all services carried out by Audi dealerships. However, a service is due!
So, the car.....it's silver with black valcona leather and black carpets - so very practical for kids. It currently has approx 98,500 miles and rising.
Equipment:
Full electric front seats (one of my pre- requisites)
DVD BASED SAT NAV
COMMS PACK ( with blue tooth phone connectivity)
PRIVACY GLASS (factory fitted)
REVERSE CAMERA
KEYLESS ( advanced key locking)
Dimming rear view mirror
Electrically retractable towing pack (never tried it)
XENON PLUS ADAPTIVE LIGHTS
VOICE CONTROL
HEATED FRONT SEATS
UPGRADED 18" wheels
FULL BODY PAINT
BOSE SOUND SYSTEM

There may be a couple of things I've missed but all the above, I believe, are additional to standard equipment.
The car hasn't got, surprisingly, elec boot motors. Nor does it have a sunroof. However, equipment wise, it bodes very well with other Allroads on the market now.
As I own an A8, it's always difficult trying to find a 'high spec' car as we are all truly spoilt with quality build and equipment levels of the A8s we drive.
Speaking of which .....my D3 4.2 tdi is 'very, very high spec' and will be up for sale very soon.
Anyway, I digress.......
The Allroad drives silky smooth, returns high thirties on a motorway run and is a very practical car.
Body wise, I'd say it's very good, rather than immaculate and the wheels could do with a refurb.
The big downside to these cars is - high tax! Last time we paid £490. It's probably increased now?
The main things that drew me into buying this car were the elec seats, body coloured panels, reverse camera (great for the wife) and the keyless option - very rare in A6s and Allroads.
Our recent move from Buckinghamshire to Lancashire changes our need for these sort of vehicles (including mine)!
The car is also supported by plenty of maintenance paperwork/receipts, which to me is a sign a car has been cared for.
The price we're looking for is £9400.
The car is currently in Staining, Lancashire but I could bring it 'south' next weekend as I'm back at Heathrow between Wed 26th Oct and 30th.
If you are interested or have any Qs, pls Pm me or contact me on 07595 379809.
Thanks, Chris

I've always like the A6 Allroad for its practicality and the colour co-ord on this one works very well. As you say, gets rid of the "add-on option" the body kit on these tends to give. Not in the market meself but GLWS
