If you mean the door card, you need to un screw the bolts behind the wood trim. There are also "hidden" bolts at the back of the doorcard "glovebox" - the storage bit you pull towards you.
I can't remeber if there are anymore but it's not difficult.
After removing the nuts, there are clips which you need to gently persude from the door itself, some will break-and some will be reusable. - Be careful not to damage connectors that are attached when you pull the doorcard from the door.
