Thumbs up W12 D2 Just Arrived!!!

We have just received an A8 W12 6.0 D2 in to break.

The car has NEVER been road registered and apparently been used by Audi show car at motorshows.

The cars panels are as new and the interior trims etc are mint.

It is finished in 'Racing Green' LZ6H. Bi Xenon RHD headlights.

The interior is Black with black comfort seats as it was an extended wheel base. It has black enhanced leather.

The car is currently getting broken so most parts are available.

Some of the unusual parts, Petrol Aux pre-heater, 2 airboxes, steel brembo hubs, heavy duty springs and suspension.

Please call us if there is any parts you require. 01642 783537.

Question

Wow. Sounds fantastic. Why is it being broken and not registered? Seems tragic.

I presume it's a LHD car...? (stupid question).

you're right the car is LHD as we wern't lucky enough to get them over here in RHD.

The car has been sat for a few years and has been somewhat neglected.

It is such a shame for a rare car like this but it does mean there are lots of good parts to keep other D2s on the road!

Hi Amar,

Sorry the car is almost stripped

It already had the engine and box removed by Audi.

It is such a shame on a car like this to break it but it means there will be lots of nice parts in stock for our open day!

Does it have wheels like thwe ones in the photo? And are they 18". If so, could you PM me a price if they'll fit over Brembo calipers on my S8?

Sorry Jim the wheels have been changed to sport wheels at some point in its past.

Just to clarify the car was beyond saving and in a bit of a mess when we got it otherwise we would have loved to have kept it as a show piece.

There are some juicy bits that would make some nice upgrades and will be posting them on here first so keep an eye out over the next few days.....
