Replacement for my 2002 S8

my previous car, honda 2.2 diesel accord, managed an average of 55mpg throughout the entire time i owned it. but it was boring so i flogged it and bought a D2 S8 instead.

55 mpg is impressive from one of those, but it's not a big engined diesel, by which I mean 3.0 litres plus.

I'd agree with that Andy. I've had 2 accord 2.2 diesels as company cars and they both averaged that, even saw 60 on the odd long journey on the DIS
