Default Mirror Folding problems

Anything I'm missing on these useless mirrors of mine?
They have never folded properly with the N/S now not working at all, the O/S folds intermittently on it's own but never on the switch.
I have read the other threads on the forum and have replaced both the drivers door switch panel (no change) and now the control relay (bottom of O/S B pillar).
I have stripped the N/S mirror housing and the motor for the fold doesn't seem to have any power to it (when activating switch), althoughI have tried putting power to it but this still doesn't fire it into life !
Could be the motor is toast? I am wondering if there is another relay for the motors (separate to the O/S B pillar one).
Any help or things I may have missed would be welcome

Ages ago I had mirror folding problems on my old PF S8 (grey on in my sig pic). Bought a spare from our sponsors.
Then I took the failing one off and investigated it, eventually making it work fine.

The solution in my case was lubrication; lots of WD40 introduced from the underside with it sitting upside down so that it penetrated the gears.
I rigged up a power supply (old spare modem PSU IIRC), having (can't recall how) worked out which leads needed 12v to make it fold or open. I then exercised and lubricated it until it worked perfectly.

Default Control relay

Yes, yes there is. Theres a folding mirror control relay is in the relay panel below the passager footwell carpet. Its a large relay/ control unit, about the size of two relays put together. The unit in the os b pillar is for memory fuction only.....

HP, thanks for that, yes I read your thread, and used the instructions to strip the N/S mirror, I will probably oil them if I find the relay is getting them going again as they are in the weather a bit aren't they !

Does anybody know what the relay part number is for the mirror relay in the passenger footwell?

Based on your spec of car, I think this is what you're looking for. There are two really, one for each side, J351.
