i think the key to paypal is that you get what you pay for, i wouldnt leave feedback until sure. if the ad says fully tested and working or you ask the relevant questions and get a good response, you have a case for getting your money back. if it says untested or words to that effect i would leave it.

and based on what craigy told me about the antenna's yesterday i think i would defo want a advertised as new unit or working fully tested, then i would ask the question about the antennas.

Psyche just got one and it turned out to be for a d4, paypal awarded him the money back, he hadnt actually got it yet as of a dayor 2 ago, but if the seller doesnt pay up i believe paypal have to.

i have a link to a romanian who has 2 units for sale just under 300 with the pandp, he states they are new, they didnt sell and he hasnt relisted, you could contact him and ask him to relist as buy it now when your happy the unit is the right one.(he has 2 ones 2g ones 3g, just check the part number to make sure

i was going to buy either this or the polish one if mine turned out to be 3g
