Anyone had the emissions recall done on their car

Hi all
Car due for a service currently all Audi history so planning to get the oil service done later this month. Logged into the MyAudi app and can see a recall for my 2010 4.2tdi. I remember reading of problems with other diesel engined Audi's when owners had what I assume is revised mapping of some sort.
Anyone had the recall done and able to feed back or anyone had a service done but managed to not have the recall applied.
On the app it says my car is subject to the following recall campaigns......
A-Reducing engine emissions*
