Insurance issues?

Total cost?

Firmed up dates? If it coincides with Easter school hols (apr 8th for two weeks - ish) then I was planning to pop in anyway as wifes family is just down the road Company would be a bonus, only ever did it on my own before but it did prevent the red mist of competition descending.

One of them there fancy stickers would be nice on the rear bumper.

i have worked out my costs to be a maximum of £850 and that includes everything from fuel, ferry crossings, hotel, ring passes, food and beer. it will probably be a lot cheaper but that is what i have allowed for.
insurance. i have just gone on my standard car insurance but i did ring them and they confirmed that i am covered in germany on unrestricted toll roads
at the moment it is possible we are looking at the weekend of the 16th and 17th april but this is still to be confirmed( mike has it in hand)

Your getting excited on your own?

Anyway. Had an answer back from the hotel and they have 8 rooms. Each twin room is 75 Euros per night and includes breakfast which is good and plenty of it. Rooms are basic but comfortable and en suite.

They want a deposit of 20 Euros per room at booking. I'm happy to do this if those that want to come can either bank transfer or paypal whatever 20 euros is in proper money!

There is a bit of a risk in that the Nurburgring management have not yet released the dates the ring will be open for April yet. Although the consensus of opinion on the web is that it will be open that weekend as no event is currently planned.

Ferry would be £39 each way and if you want to on and off quickly we have paid the £12 priority boarding. On each occasion we were at the front.

So far we have:

Reffro
darrenjoe90
A8L Chick
tonupkid
tintin
Revo_Ben
CtL
Singh
and Rutger and diesel joining us on the way there.

7 cars on the ferry and 8 (9) Rooms.

Who wants to commit?

This this is the best route
