Default Audi Moon landing project

I think I must've been living under a (moon) rock for the last year because I hadn't heard about this ...

I was reading this article earlier:

The moon is getting a reliable 4G connection before certain parts of the UK

... and scrolled down to see this ...

At which point I'm thinking "wait, what!? .... Audi lunar exploration vehicles?"

It seems I missed this particular memo ...

Replacement head coming arrived thanks to MJ
Silver with Black interior. All features as the '01, with the 'S' mode auto shifter. Dodgey rear tint (need to find a way to get rid of that).
Family:

- has a louder more obnoxious exhaust than the S8, sounds great! Love this thing - Q7 was double the price, and certainly not double the car!

Sold:
1997 Audi A4

I'm guessing the mission was delayed. Says 2018 here:

Little more info here:
https://www.newscientist.com/article...-landing-site/

Quote:
There are currently 16 teams in the running, though only some, including PTScientists, have a contract in place to launch their rovers before the competition deadline at the end of 2017 – a date that has been pushed back numerous times from the original end of 2012.

Becker says the team has booked a flight through launch broker Spaceflight Industries and hopes to share a ride on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket by late 2017, or early 2018.

I thought the 'Space' in Audi Space Frame was used because it shared the techniques used when Audi helped with the Lunar Rover?

I remember seeing an ad about it years ago.
