My originals were TRW. TRW and Lemforder are both owned by ZF - so probably made on the same line. When I bought TRW they had the VW/Audi raised logos lasered off.
Did you know the Bentley Flying Spur uses the same 4E0 arms. These are that posh.
The ones on your ebay link are very wrong. You need ones that start 4E0 not 4B3 or anything else.

Replaced top front arms last year. They lasted 5000 miles. Lesson learned. Fit audi OEM.

Not sure. They were marketed as OEM replacements on eBay.i should of checked. They take a bit of time to do, which is more annoying than the cost of the arms.

Just replaced the top control arms with TRW ones on Saturday, and took the liberty of swapping out the tie rod ends too (Lemforder). So far so good, the old bushes were ruined, so it drives so much better though feels like the tie rod ends are still bedding in.

Will report back before Christmas on longevity - doing a 4,000 mile road trip end of the month so should have covered a fair few miles...
