That was easy.
Use a plastic prying tool and remove front metal cover. You put it in the little join round the back,this will loosen it. Then it's just a case of wiggle and move the arm rests out of the way till it comes out. With that out of the way you'll see 2 T45 bolts.  remove them and lift the armrest up but keeping an eye on the cables. As you lift the armrest up, keep an eye on the cables cause you'll soon see two plugs.  With the plugs unplugged you can remove the armrest. The tray at the bottom just unclips from the front and lifts out. Watch out for your phone cables if you have them.  And that's it. Gave it all a clean, just waiting for it to dry before I put it back.
