Default New D3 S8 owner issues

Hi guys, I bought Ollie's d3 s8 from the classifieds here, car is overall great, hoping to sort a few issues/niggles out with the help of you guys on here, I'll list them below

1. Bluetooth module not showing up for hands free calls.... I'm thinking it needs a new module as Ollie tried a few things to no avail.
2. Electric boot doesn't work from the key fob and doesn't seem to have enough grunt to open the boot manually, has no problem closing when you press the button, I've read this is a common issue, is it normally the motor that fails or the boot struts that need replacing?
3. If I set climate control to the coldest the furthest right air vent blows red hot to the point I have to turn that vent off. Any solutions to this?
4. Car has an ami port and I've bought an ami to usb-c for now to play Spotify from my phone, I had a a6 c6 avant before this which which I used a viseoo tune2air to stream Bluetooth music too, but that was 3g where as my s8 is 2g, so not sure if the ami will provide power to the viseoo like it did on my a6?

Any help with these would be greatly appreciated, I'm hoping to get them sorted ASAP.
Getting a quote on Thursday for the front bumper respray as there is slight lacquer peel, and orange peel effect on the rest, so looks like it's had a poor respray in the past, hopefully get that done before audi in the park on the 11th of August, cheers

Electric boot = common problem. I have replaced my struts and added the extended bumpers/buffers. I have then found that previously some idiot has replaced the motor with a used old spec motor so will be replaced at some point if I can find a decent 2nd hand one. New ones are eye wateringly expensive (£700+)

Read this thread about the boot

3g provides extra power connections on ami compared to 2g - a2dp audio adapters not working on 2g is a common query that crops up across all 2g Audis....

The electric boot on these is dire. It won’t close with the remote buttons and it is so noisy, slow and weak. To be honest i think they are a downgrade from ones without them. The clutches inside lose their friction too which is what you can hear if it pops open and groans without opening any further.

Cheers for the replies guys, so is there a different motor you can use rather than an oem one? And if using a viseoo tune 2 air would I have to power it seperatley via USB or similiar seeing as the 2g isn't powered like the 3g? The boot isn't a massive issue as I can just open it manually but I would definitely like to get it sorted at some point

The pre-facelift used a plastic bodied motor which wasn't the best. The facelift (yours) should have the newer metal bodied motor. I would check it has the newer version fitted, p/n 4E0827852H. I have just spoken to TPS and they are £638 +vat!
