Looks an honest advert, to be fair. I'm guessing whatever D3 brakes have been fitted are from a fairly lowly model, otherwise those tiny wheels wouldn't fit over them?
I noticed the jaunty angle of the boot lock in the pics - nice to see it features in the list of negatives. Only really helpful info missing is cambelt and gearbox history (noting that I haven't looked up the MOT history to see if there's any horrors!)

If i didn't have my 2.8 money pit I would have gone for this right away.
If i want to sit behind myself at the back in a standard d2 its inpossible, to me a L should be the standard lenght and an L should become an XL
