Default central locking

Currently puzzled up in Scotland on holiday.
On the central locking everything works as it should. Had a strange incident yesterday.
Turned the car off after a drive.
Took the key out of the ignition and the locks opened as normal, opened the door key in hand, and pressed a button on the fob at the same time hit the unlock/lock button on the inner latch handle (all by accident) and now the car won't unlock or lock. The buttons on the fob are still activating the central locking pump as that can be heard but none of the doors are seemingly connected anymore...
What have i done???

No idea, but a scan might be in order. I share a VCDS with David's8 and I'm based in Helensburgh, near the southern end of Loch Lomond if you're anywhere near us.

I assume the mechanical element of the lock mechanisms still work? Its just a thought, but would the rapid locking/unlocking perhaps caused a vacuum hose to detach which might account for the fact that no fault codes show but the mechanisms can still work manually?

Also, can you check the coding in the control module (module 35) just to see whether the coding has somehow been upset? The code setting may be, for example, 07918 which includes 1/2 presses for opening drivers / passengers door; autolock >15mph; window up/down and horn honk on alarm arm. I am not sure what the default code is I am afraid.

My thought was something like that but came with no tools so cannot strip the door...

Coding is still correct but I don't have the locking when pulling off, that is the only thing not working as it once was.
All doors lock manually and the drivers locks mechanically on the key.

Just means I have to go old school on the locking lol

Just as an add on, I don't know the default coding either as when I got the car I changed it all to suit my needs
