2006 Audi a8 4.2 tdi ***£3600 final price drop***
Iv decided its time to downsize to something like a a passat estate as i need the larger boot so the audi unfortunately has to go to make way for it. Has all the usual a8 refinements as expected including the bose sound system, rear electric blind, heated and electric seats, dual climate control, keyless entry etc etc
Mot expires 4th november full service history 122k miles will rise daily but not by much 2 keys the car has recently underwent a bit of work which included new radiator new air conditioning compressor new air conditioning condenser/oil cooler new engine coolant new nearside throttle body gears new headlight washer hoses from the bottle to the jets at each headlamp air conditioning regassed complete inlet manifold strip down all ports, valves and cast manifold decoked using tunap system swirl flap removal and blanking kits inc brackets for swirl motors it underwent a service at 119k miles after i purchased the car which consisted if oil and filter and both air filters (fuel filter was recently changed beforehand) also in my ownership i have replaced - the windscreen washer pump both passenger side front upper arms both front drop links drivers rear outer tail lamp (missing leds in old unit) the opposite side was replaced last year as i checked the manufacturing sticker date on the lamp windscreen wipers car has been washed and polished regularly most recent was the weekend just passed (23rd june) car drives great, gearbox is nice and smooth and works in all settings no judders or jerky gear changes up or down and can achieve an easy 38mpg out it on a run which is brilliant considering the engine size the car has had the dps deleted and remapped to suit, the dpfs will be supplied in the sale also as i have no use for them obviously this was done previous to my ownership I'm looking for £4200 ono im aware its probably underpriced but it does have a few age related marks on the bumpers etc as expected being a 56 plate. There is also a whistling noise under load from the drivers side which I can only put Down to a turbo hose or noisy turbo. It does not smoke or affect the drive ability of the car in any way the turbo has been checked for play excess oil etc and it checks out totally ok and compared with the other side also it just makes the noise which has been present the whole time iv had the car. pics to follow PLEASE NOTE will come without cherished no. plate Last edited by Duff3103; 30th July 2019 at 05:50 PM.
