Default Heated seats not working.

Hi all, hope you are all keeping safe and well in these uncertain times.

It's been a fairly low priority as I'm not really a fan of heated seats but in the interest of trying to get everything working, I think I'll take a look.

Only the front passenger side seat is working. It's been like that since I bought the car 3 years or so ago. I'm pretty handy with my multimeter and so will start working my way through the system over the next few days but was wondering if there are any usual suspects? Are there any common / regular failure modes or is it just "work your way through it"?

Cheers Frank

Sorted the rear ones. Big time operator error. The plugs on the on off switches were the wrong way round. Sit in the rear drivers side seat, turn on the heating and nothing happened. That's because I was turning on the passenger side rear seat heating. No one sat in it so nothing happened. Duhhh.

Must have mixed em up when I had the carpets out way back when I first got the car. Mmm, they even say L and R on them. Dummy!

It's good of you to admit to that error. I think i would have made up something really technical....
