Bear in mind they are both different sizes, for the front and rear arms

I'm a little confused now so just to clarify before I send the wrong bit.

This insert is for the ball joint end of the "banana" shaped rearmost, lower front control arm.

Is that the correct one?

Correct! If you're looking at the hub from under the centre of the car it's the one on the left at the bottom. The banana shaped arm ball joint goes in it
