Without know more about the car, there are so many variables that affect the values, it's nigh on impossible to approximate the value from your description, sorry.

For example - who is selling it and why, any warranty, any service history, any evidence of accident damage, general condition maintenance and upkeep?

All of those things, on top of spec, will affect the value.

Even something as simple as the colours can affect it slightly too

Part Audi history to 2009 or 30k

3rd party servicing after that , the private seller has only done 15k since 2009

1 owner car , the wheels and tyres need attention mind you

Yes I think about 10k to be honest , although I would dump the diamond cut alloys already on it .

I disagree, think it's worth far more than 10k, don't recall seeing any 2006 3.0 TDIs with less than 50k miles for anything near that cheap

11k-ish given the state of the alloys as you suggest.. 600+ quid to diamond-cut, or 300 quid (tops) to get them powder coated, had that done to my PF D3 wheels before selling it and they looked pretty good.
