These still available from dealer? And is the w12 badge integrated or removable? I may be willing to pay for one to be shipped over if I could reuse the S8 badge rather than the W12 badge (Or I could just swap in a W12 haha)

I think that the badges are all interchangeable - just held on from the back with a couple of nuts. its the same location they put the quattro badge on other models like mine

Ive just checked on VAGcat and its only showing 2 types of grille with various finishes for each - so sounds like only A8 and S8 types although different finishes
4D0853651N radiator grille / for models with moldings plain / 4D0853651N 3FZ black / 4D0853651AA radiator grille / for models with moldings plain / PR-T01 4D0853651AA3FZ black / 4D0853651R radiator grille / for models with moldings black / 4D0853651R 5PV black / 4D0853651M radiator grille / for models with moldings plain / S8 4D0853651M 3SR granite metallic / 4D0853651S radiator grille / for models with moldings black / S8 4D0853651S 5PV black /  it does show the different badges for the grille though W12 badge is part no. 4D0853740
