Perhaps its not a scam. Sometimes customers return what they did not purchase and a bit of slip-shod in the returns dept could miss that and re-despatch in error.
In fact I'd go so far as to say I'd be amazed if they are scamming. They are evidently onto a good thing with their brand, so why would they trash it. Be interesting to hear how they handle this.
