Default A couple of audio integration issues

Hey everyone just wanted to ask some questions. I have an 08' Audi A8L/D3
that I have installed an aftermarket sub into but I don't think the installer
tap in to the correct wiring for the sub. I have a mono amp installed that I
know has plenty of power to power a sub as it was the same amp I had in my now gone Honda Accord. The bass is just not there. It still sounds like the stock subwoofer. I can tell there is just not enough of a signal getting to the amp to make that difference I'm looking for. Can someone with this same model A8 as me tell me what are the correct colored pairs of wires to tap from sub.I have the Bose Premium Audio with 12 speakers. I would rather bypass taping into sub wire and dis-connect the Bose sub completely and go straight into the amp if I knew what wires to cut and send into amp as RCAs. Any help would be appreciative.

Also for those interested. AudioControl has released an LC-6.1200 Amp to use in place of the Bose. You just remove the speaker inputs from the Bose amp and take them straight into the AudioControl Amp and from there you
can adjust cross-overs gain as well as add an amp to power a sub.
It is rather expensive but I think it is just what some of us might be asking
for. If anyone manages to install one in there Audi A8 please share with us.

Check out the thread in D3 > Common Faults > Tech Dump
Which is a sticky at the top of the list -
There should be a current flow diagram plus details of the whole entertainment system etc

Is it this?

I don't think this would be suitable for A8/Q7 etc... as they have MOSTBUS optic fibre inputs, not phono and would not be controllable from the MMI.

yes thats it. There are no phono inputs invoved in the install of. The existing amp wiring in the bose amp is dis-connected and you would splice into the
AudioControl amp.
