Default S8 d3 Bluetooth issues

Hi guys, recently bought a d3 s8 from here, it was advertised as the Bluetooth module not working where it had previously.
Ollie who I bought the car from had vcds, and after I accessed the green menu it says this for the Bluetooth, does this mean he has accidentally disabled the Bluetooth module in the car, or would it say this if the module isn't working anyway?
When I press tel it comes up saying telephone not installed, and my phone doesn't find the cars Bluetooth.
And in the green menu it says telephone not yet unlocked as per the photo below.
Just trying to cover all angles before I buy another module that's all. Cheers in advance

Have you looked under the passenger footwell carpet for the module? If it is there (hidden inside a plastic box) Power it off and back on again by removing the massive clip-on plug wait a few seconds- then plug it back in

The previous owner from here already tried that to no avail unfortunately. Thanks though.

My previous phone (Galaxy S6) connected fine with my D3 but my current Galaxy S9 won't for some reason.

I don't often use the phone whilst driving so haven't bothered investigating further.

I had same symptoms with my RS6 and a replacement BT unit fixed it.
