Default My new (used) car

only 1/2 mine, I bought it 50/50 with my brother, its really mainly for him.
Surprisingly nice to drive. Seating position is not good though, very close to the floor. Smoother shifting than the Audi 6-speed.
Its really funny lifting the hood, I forgot how heavy steel hoods are.
I always wanted to try a Japanese car. Not bad at all. (so far)

2002 Corolla 1.6

I was reading the text before the pictures have loaded and for some reason I was expecting something silly like a Cosworth or a M3 since you went half.
But nope, its a Toyota.

I know nothing about them.
Apart from the guy in work who loves his japs cars and always takes great pleasure in telling me that they will all out last my Audi and how much he never spends on it.

It looks clean.

Enjoy your motor

I'm not sure about it outlasting a D2.
Its his first car, he needed something cheap and reliable, my advice was no turbo, no timing belt, no auto box, and preferably something Japanese for the reliability.
For some reason I really like these old basic cars (even though this one isnt that old), there are all sorts in Belgrade and if you take a taxi ride you can end up in some interesting old cars, Mercedes 123's, 124's old Peugeots, etc. I guess its nostalgic to me.

I like the look of the older cars but not the lack of tech in side them.

For a first car you can't beat it I don't think.
