Default Glass Sunroof components

Another week, and another minor issue.

I opened the sunroof fully today, lovely sunshine and I just like the extra light in the cabin. However when I shut the roof again I noticed that the the felt covered side panels (concertina shape) that hide the inner workings were loose and as such rattling around. I tilted the roof up, and no amount of juggling could get them to get back on. I have now removed them from both sides of the roof.

Question is, am I likely to have issues (other than cosmetic) from them not being there.

They don't look like they are damaged in anyway, and have simply come off, so I wonder if someone with ELSA or Bentley manual can post a picture of how they are meant to be attached to the sunroof itself.

I have done some searching and believe the part number is

4A0 877 781 and 782 , Etka does not show anything to how they attach.

I have now sorted this and reattached the trim pieces.

The slide onto a mounting clip which is part of the roof system, and then you pull them forward until they latch onto a short protruding part of the roof. Then its just a matter of clipping the upper part back between the glass and sunroof frame.

Opened and closed several times and they seem to be staying put.
